Spiritual Growth Plan for School Personnel
Purpose
The purpose of this Spiritual Growth Plan is to ensure that every staff and faculty member at Unity Academy for Boys is actively growing in their personal walk with Christ, modeling Christian maturity, and contributing to a biblically grounded school culture that reflects our mission and values.
1. Personal Devotional Life
Goal: Encourage daily habits of prayer, Bible reading, and reflection.
Practices:

Staff are encouraged to maintain a consistent personal devotional time each day.

A yearly Bible reading plan is provided as an optional resource.

Teachers will be offered periodic devotionals via email or school app.
2. Faculty Prayer and Devotion
Goal: Foster a spiritually unified staff through shared devotion and intercession.
